Cosenza - Prosecutor Marisa Manzini and Dr Lia Staropoli threatened and insulted on social

"For over a year, still by the same people, already identified, we read insults and threats against Magistrates, Carabinieri, Policemen, Journalists and against Dr. Lia Staropoli, President of the" ConDivisa "Association. We hope that the prosecutor of Vibo Valentia will put an end to these constant and devastating persecutory conduct, to the detriment of people of proven honesty who have dedicated their lives to combating the 'Ndrangheta and any form of criminality'. This is the denunciation of the Sap Police Syndicate, which in a note on behalf of Giuseppe Gaccione, Secretary of the Autonomous Police Union of Vibo Valentia, expresses solidarity with the Prosecutor Marisa Manzini, Magistrate on the front line against the 'ndrangheta and, to Dr. Lia Staropoli which, together with journalists, members of the Police Force and all the members of the Observatory to monitor the mafia on the web, are the subject, once again, of defamation and threats "from characters close to the 'ndrangheta.

Rocco Morelli, Coisp Regional General Secretary - the Independent Police Union claims to have immediately denounced the founders and administrators of the first social groups created against Dr. Lia Staropoli as well as the owners of the profiles and the authors of the threats and defamatory posts in which there are offenses and heavy insinuations even in relation to the doctor's pregnancy.

Dr. Staropoli, for the few who do not yet know her, is a member of the national executive of the anti-mafia movement called "Ammazzateci Tutti" and author of the book - The "holy" sect- which explains the power of the 'ndrangheta on affiliates and social consensus on the territory.

Threats against Lia Staropoli and Marisa Manzini have a clear criminal matrix and they must be fought with the commitment, seriousness and solidarity of all honest Italians.
