From the early hours of dawn, in Bari, a vast operation of the State Police is underway with the arrest of 25 people, including prominent members and followers of the clans "Mercante" and "Strisciuglio", operating in some city districts.
Following the investigations, coordinated by the DDA and conducted by the Flying Squad of Bari, the crimes of criminal association aimed at trafficking and drug dealing, aggravated by the use of weapons, and the commission of two attempted murders, aggravated, are contested from the mafia method, against exponents of the two opposing clans.
The details of the operation will be announced in the press conference to be held at 10 at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Bari.
