Carabinieri of the Operative Unit of the Company of Sesto San Giovanni (MI) have carried out an order of custody in prison issued by the GIP of the Court of Monza against an 42enne, Italian, already known to justice, held responsible for the aggravated voluntary homicide of a citizen of Peruvian origin 42 enne happened on the night of the 4 last February in Cinisello Balsamo.
The investigations - directed by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Monza - allowed the identification of the person in charge who, filmed by a security camera while he was getting the victim into his car, in via Fulvio Testi in Milan, had reached the apartment of the latter. Once in the house he had fired a single shot in the chest which proved lethal.
During the technical inspection of the crime scene, footprints and traces were found that led the investigators to the murder. The arrested person remains at the disposal of the Judicial Authority in the district house of Milan - San Vittore where it is restricted.
