The State Police of Pavia has carried out an order of custody to the domiciliari against two subjects considered responsible for mistreatment and aggravated personal injury to the detriment of elderly patients of a nursing home in the province of Pavia
In March, the Pavia Monile Squad received reports of serious ill-treatment in a clinic that welcomed patients suffering from serious physical and mental disabilities.
The men of the Flying Squad have acquired elements of kings in the hands of the Director of the Clinic and a socio-health worker regarding serious physical and psychological harassment of some patients in the structure.
The investigations have, in fact, made it emerge how the suspects had created a climate of violence and impunity within the structure making themselves fully responsible for the mistreatment committed and conduct not in accordance with the common standards of care of patients.
