The rehearsals for the extraordinary competition for lower and upper secondary school ended on Friday 19 February. There were 56.101 candidates present, equal to 84,9% of those expected.
To carry out the competition procedures, 5.832 classrooms were used, equal to an average of 9,6 candidates per classroom, all of whom followed a specific safety protocol. There were 109 competition classes involved. There were 13 rehearsal days in all. The competition started last October 22nd.
The extraordinary procedure for qualifications and exams for admissions to the role of first and second grade secondary school teachers has been banned nationwide for the allocation of 32.000 seats. The committees have already begun corrections of the written tests which must be completed in time for the start of the next school year.
