'Ndrangheta, Operation Golgota: dozens of arrests by the State Police on the order of DDA Catanzaro, another blow to the clans of Isola di Capo Rizzuto and San Leonardo di Cutro
The State Police of Crotone and the Central Operational Service, with the collaboration of the policemen of the Mobile Squads of Bergamo, Catanzaro, Cosenza, Milan, Novara, Vibo Valentia and Reggio Calabria, of the Crime Prevention Department of Bari, Cosenza, Lecce, Vibo Valentia and Siderno and the Canine Units of Vibo Valentia and Reggio Calabria and the support of the helicopter of the V ^ Flight Department of Reggio Calabria, as part of a detailed investigation coordinated by the Catanzaro District Anti-Mafia Directorate, directed by the Public Prosecutor Dr. Nicola Gratteri, arrested dozens of people accused of mafia-type association, illegal carrying and possession of weapons and ammunition as well as an association aimed at illicit drug trafficking.
The details of the operation called "Golgotha" will be disclosed during a press conference to be held at the Crotone Police Headquarters at 11:00 in the presence of the Public Prosecutor, dr. Nicola GRATTERI, of the Director of the Central Anti-Crime Directorate, dr. Francesco MESSINA, the Director of the Central Operational Service, dott. Fausto LAMPARELLI, and of the Crotone Police Commissioner, dr. Massimo GAMBINO.
