Students who participated in the publication of the trilogy "I tell the sea" rewarded

(by Maria Costanza Cipullo) The awarding of the winners of the competition for school students of all levels and grades took place on 13 and 14 June 2020, through an online platform, entitled "I tell the sea".

The trilogy of books entitled "I tell the sea", born from the collection of students' papers, had the aim of raising awareness of the environment and, in particular, of the sea and stimulating pupils to produce works literary (poems, stories, personal reflections) and iconographic materials.

The event was attended by: representing the Ministry of Education, the Dr. Maria Costanza Cipullo; for the National Salvation Society, the dr. Edoardo Maragliano, President Prof. Giuseppe Marino and dr. Marco Gigante; and finally, the Dr. Angela Cristofaro for the AG BOOK PUBLISHING publishing house which published the book in which all the students' papers were collected.

The competition was attended by about 100 pupils from schools in the national territory, who were all rewarded for the great enthusiasm and commitment that each of them put in writing their work, especially in consideration of the current historical moment that has seen the world " stop "for the health emergency.

The papers were published in a collection of three volumes, one for each level and grade of school, entitled "I tell the sea".

During the participation some of the young "writers" wanted to share their stories with the jury and those present, while the teachers thanked the pupils, the Ministry, the Salvamento and the AG BOOK PUBLISHING publishing house for the beautiful initiative in which they are schools were involved.

When stimulated and guided, young people have shown that they know how to best express the sense of belonging to the world around them by bringing out unexpected and mature reflections on the importance of being and being there with responsibility, facing the challenges of life.

A free copy of the work was sent to each school. These are the schools attended by “young writers"Rewarded:
