The updated data of the Fund to facilitate stable employment, especially for young people, in the banking world: hiring for over 164 million financed without any burden on public accounts
The 12 March Employment Fund (FOC) has approved the financing of approximately 1.000 hiring / stabilization for an indefinite period by companies in the banking sector.
Thus Abi communicates that the positive experience of the FOC continues, which represents a bilateral “tool” at the cutting edge of active labor policies, with particular attention to young people and with a significant social value, also taking into account the experimental performances introduced last year .
This is why Abi and the 25 union organizations confirmed last February the full operation of the FOC - pending what will be defined when renewing the sector contracts -
From the 2012 to today, in fact, the FOC has financed, between assumptions and stabilizations, 21.534 requests for benefits, presented by 249 companies in the sector, for a total expenditure commitment of over 164 million.
The 57% of recruitment involved female staff and 43% men.
