The Board of Directors of BANCOMAT SpA, which met under the chairmanship of Prof. Franco Dalla Sega, unanimously appointed dr. Alessandro Zollo Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Company.
To Alessandro Zollo - 57-year-old executive manager who boasts a long experience of over thirty years in the banking sector and in particular in payment services (gained in various and prestigious companies in the sector such as ABI, financial institutions and strategic consulting companies) - the powers were assigned to guide the growth strategy of the Domestic Circuit, implementing the 2018/20 Business Plan aimed at expanding and digitizing the offer of payment services for Banks, Consumers, Companies and Public Administration, against approximately 40 million investments in innovation, skills, technological and commercial partnerships.
"BANCOMAT SpA has great potential for development, and in order to successfully face the challenges and opportunities that will arise in the coming months, it requires managerial figures to guide the new course dictating the times and accelerating the path of strategic renewal. The new Chief Executive Officer, thanks to his skills and in particular to his deep knowledge of the Domestic Circuit, will be able to pursue the most suitable strategies for the implementation of the Business Plan, focusing on historical assets such as brand strength, circulation, acceptance and security of the Circuits BANCOMAT® and PagoBANCOMAT®".
