Bolkestein, beaches are goods and not services. The directive should not be applied to bathing

It was welcomed with the ovation of all the bathing companies, which for years have been living with the nightmare of the Bolkestein Directive, seen as a trap, the news given by the father of the directive in person.
It has indeed stated that the beach concessions are not services but goods, and that therefore the directive on the free movement of services should not be applied to beach concessions.
The good news was given during the conference "EURO, EUROPE AND BOLKESTEIN EXPLAINED BY FRITS BOLKESTEIN", organized today in the Chamber of Deputies by the Donnedamare Association, led by Bettina Bolla.
"This is not just a victory for Donnedamare, but for all the 30000 bathing companies, associations and politicians who have supported us. A battle started in 2007, made without ever giving up, even when everyone said that the choices had made Europe for us. It is to the new Government that will be formed that we ask for the commitment to implement the directive correctly, after it has finally shed light on the unfortunate affair - said the Bull.
The event, moderated by Vittorio Macioce, editor-in-chief of "Il Giornale", was attended by representatives of all political parties including: Matteo Salvini, Giorgia Meloni, Maria Stella Gelmini, Gian Marco Centinaio, Maurizio Gasparri, Carlo Fidanza, Deborah Bergamini, Massimo Mallegni, Giorgio Mulé, Vittorio Sgarbi, Riccardo Zucconi, Sandra Lonardo, Edoardo Rixi, Roberto Bagnasco, Roberto Cassinelli, Lorenzo Viviani, Gianni Alemanno, Paolo Ripamonti, Stefania Pucciarelli, Sara Foscolo, Manuela Gagliardi, Franco Vazio, Sergio Battelli, Gregorio De Falco, Luciano Monticelli, Elena Raffaelli, Marco Scajola and Angelo Vaccarezza and many politicians who fought on the subject.
