The State Police of Forlì has arrested a couple of cohabitants responsible for various reasons of ill-treatment, fraud, circumvention of incapacity and sexual violence against a young woman.
The victim is a girl of Belorussian origin who, from the age of ten, came to Italy every summer, as a guest of the couple, as part of the project to welcome children who were victims of the Chernobyl radiation.
In May of the 2014, barely an adult, the girl was the victim of a serious car accident while she was riding her bicycle, which causes her a disability of 80% and for which the liquid insurance agent in 2.120.000,00 euro sum as compensation for the damage suffered.
The investigations of the Flying Squad, coordinated by the Forlì Public Prosecutor's Office, shed light on the diabolical plan of the couple who planned to take possession of the entire sum paid as compensation, without having any legal title, through the total control of every aspect of the life of the girl.
