In the early hours of today's morning - as part of a criminal proceeding coordinated by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office - the Carabinieri of the NAS of Milan in the Milanese province, of Monza Brianza, Rome, Naples and Lucca, assisted in the executive phase by the actual soldiers to local Provincial Commands - executed a precautionary detention measure issued by the Court of Milan against 13 subjects, held in various capacities responsible for the crimes of criminal association aimed at fraud against the Treasury, fraud against pharmaceutical companies, self-laundering, receiving stolen drugs, administering medicines in a way dangerous to public health and issuing invoices for non-existent operations
In addition to the thirteen precautionary measures, there are also nr. 11 local searches in the aforesaid provinces and nr. 37 orders of exhibition of documentation notified to legal entities linked in various ways to the criminal organization identified by the military of the Arma.
