FCA announces new appointments

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV ("FCA") (NYSE: FCAU / MTA: FCA) announces the following changes in the leadership team, with immediate effect:
Tim Kuniskis is named Head of Alfa Romeo and Maserati globally. Kuniskis, which has 26 years of experience in FCA, has recently held the role of Head of Passenger Car brands in North America, with responsibility for the Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat and SRT brands. Previously, he held various positions in commercial and marketing related to the Dodge and Fiat brands in the United States.
At the same time, Steve Beahm is named Head of Passenger Car brands in North America to replace Kuniskis. Beahm has recently served as Head of Maserati North America and has previously led Supply Chain Management in North America. Previously, he also held various positions in the commercial field in the United States.
Reid Bigland, formerly Head of Alfa Romeo and Maserati at global level, will continue to hold the roles of Head of US Sales and President and CEO of FCA Canada.
"After completing the launch of Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio and Maserati Levante, we must now focus our efforts on the business factors that will drive the growth of these two brands globally," commented Sergio Marchionne, CEO of FCA. "Reid has created a solid commercial base for Alfa and Maserati, and today's announcement allows Tim to focus exclusively on the next chapter of these two historic brands. In North America, where the implementation of our industrial plan aimed at realigning production towards SUVs and pickups is now well advanced, Reid will be able to focus on sales growth in the United States and Canada ".

Bigland and Kuniskis will continue to be part of the Group Executive Council (GEC), the highest management body of FCA, led by the CEO.
