The Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Milan have executed an order for precautionary custody in prison issued by the GIP of the Court of Monza against an Italian 59enne, mason, as held responsible for murder.
The measure comes to the outcome of investigations initiated, under the direction of the Procura della Repubblica di Monza, by the military of the Compagnia di Desio (MB), with the technical and scientific support of the RIS of Parma, following the discovery of the corpse of an 54enne , inside the box of his home in Solaro, the 23 last December.
The investigations carried out have made it possible to identify the author of the blood in the 59enne, at the time of the victim's neighborly events.
