The State Police of Reggio Calabria, at the disposal of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of the Procura della Repubblica of Reggio Calabria, has arrested a top member of the `ndrangheta reggina for multiple attempted homicide.
The investigation, conducted by the Reggio Calabria Mobile Squad, allowed the identification in the boss of the material author of a fire set at the end of February, in a house in the south of Reggio Calabria, in order to cause the death of six foreign citizens of Romanian origin, including two very young children.
Details of the operation will be announced during a press conference to be held at 11.00 at the Reggio Calabria Police Headquarters.
