The hybrid war waged by Russia is turning into a true global conflict. This was stated by the Ukrainian head of state, Petro Poroshenko, during his speech at the Munich security conference. "Today, we have no choice but to recognize that the hybrid war waged by Russia is gradually turning into a large-scale global hybrid war," Poroshenko said. “The Kremlin knows no limits in hidden intentions.
