Giuseppe Giordo, former member of Alenia Aeronautica, from 2016 has been chosen by PENTA (European Investment Group in the Czech Republic) for the AERO Vodochody aeronautical industry, located in Prague and, by 2018, has been nominated by the Sovereign Fund of Saudi Arabia, adviser to SAMI, the new defense industry in Riyadh.
Many Italians, today, are abroad, in Europe and especially in the Czech Republic and they perform skilled jobs for the country where they operate.
Recently, Rai 2 has also been interested in the reality of the Czech Republic with interviews and filming done in the offices of some Italian managers, who have created, in that country, high-level entrepreneurial realities, among which the dott. Riccardo Pastore (r.pastore@khypo.cz).
We have reached by telephone the dott. Pastor to let us illustrate his activity and the possibilities for further development in Europe.
Dr. Pastor, what is your activity in Prague?
We are a Czech law company founded in 2009, which deals with consulting corporate in the financial sector, in particular it offers services for real estate projects and the recovery of non-performing loans. In 2006 we received approval from the Czech National Bank for the launch of a fund Sicav (Czech Capital RE fund SICAV AS).
The fund mainly works in the Czech real estate market, acting as a glue between private capital, real estate developers and banks. The management of the fund also sees the participation of General Pasquale Preziosa as the guarantor of compliance with the rules, which makes available its experience for planning and conceptual development within the Investment Committee.
Why did you choose the Czech Republic for your business?
The Czech Republic is a stable and growing 2014 European market.
The fundamentals of this country are as follows:
- the GDP has gone from a + 2,3% of the 2016 to a + 4,5% of the 2017;
- The debt / GDP ratio is at 38,4%;
- The inflation rate is 0,7%;
- The unemployment rate below 5% is the lowest in Europe.
These macroeconomic results are the good premise for the short / medium-term real estate "performance", therefore, for the real estate sector, this country has very positive characteristics of futurability, not found in other countries including Italy.
In particular, in Prague, new records are recorded in the office sector, where 178.800 square meters of space are under development.
Investments in commercial real estate, in the 2017, amount to around 3.28 billion Euros.
The Czech Republic bases the laws of public finance more on investments and less on consumption and this allows, within certain limits, to keep the economy of the country in good health.
In addition, companies can be started in this country, in a few days (2 / 3) and undergo the scheduled checks on a pre-established deadline.
Activities that do not comply with the regulations are closed and those responsible are quickly sanctioned.
The Czech Republic has been declared the 6 ° safest nation in the world by the Global Peace Index (Italy 38 °).
What did you create and how does it work in the Czech Republic?
I created a real estate company called Khypo.

- shares of the fund Sicav: with the purchase of shares in our fund Czech Capital RE FUND SICAV As, which is dedicated to all accredited investors who want to diversify by investing even smaller capital.
