The Carabinieri of the Station of Trezzano sul Naviglio executed an order for pre-trial detention in jail issued by the GIP of the Court of Milan, against a Moroccan 46enne, already known to Justice, held responsible for two robberies in competition.
The restrictive measure comes at the outcome of the investigations conducted by the military following two armed robberies, consumed in a bakery in Cesano Boscone (MI) and in a pharmacy of Trezzano sul Naviglio, respectively the 3 and 17 february last. The investigations, conducted also through the acquisition of images of surveillance cameras and the fingerprints of the fingerprints identified on the places of the facts, have allowed to outline the responsibility of the foreigner, together with a compatriot 19enne, already identified and subjected to detention of suspect of crime the 24 last march.
At the end of the operations the arrested person was taken to San Vittore, where he remains at the disposal of the Judicial Authority, together with the accomplice.
