This morning the State Police of Isernia carried out two orders of application of the interdictive measure of the suspension from the exercise of teaching to two teachers of years 49 and 58 that carry out their activity inside a school of the state child of Venafro (IS).
The investigations conducted by the Mobile Team began with the complaints lodged by some mothers who in recent times had noticed anomalous behavior of their children of years 2 and 3. The children often returned home complaining of some acts of violence suffered in the classroom.
The young mothers, at the end of November, turned to the State Police who immediately informed the Public Prosecutor who promptly obtained from the investigating magistrate the authorization to carry out video-environmental interceptions in the school structure in question. Specialized personnel of the II Section of the Flying Squad found, through the use of numerous technological devices, an alarming situation that confirmed the statements that had given rise to the investigations.
The technical interception activities, through the video surveillance system, have made it possible to reconstruct the daily experience of the small pupils of the nursery school, where the two teachers immediately showed an attitude towards the children, vexatious, threatening and damaging to the person. Inside the classroom, in fact, the children were subjected to physical and verbal violence and, even more serious, educated to apply, among them, the law of the taglione, so much so that, on some occasions, the teachers they urge children to do justice on their own, inciting them to commit acts of violence against their classmates. The children were struck and hit on the head, also were verbally assaulted with such expressions: "stick it with your head near the wall ..., pull the hair stronger ... so understands ..; I'll make you black, black; I'll break your hands; I break all the fingers of my hands; I stick you close to the wall; I `ll kill you; but this is really stupid; I'll let you get your blood out so you remember it; if you put the brush over there ... you're dead; you are an animal.
The Police identified about 150 incidents of violence as a result the Public Prosecutor's Office formulated the request of the orders for precautionary measures considering the offense as per art. 572 cp (mistreatment).
The result of today, as evidenced also by the rapid timing of the investigations, is the result of the excellent synergy between the State Police, the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Court of Isernia, which once again demonstrates how important it is to act promptly to give immediate feedback to citizens' requests.
