On this occasion, Abi also confirmed its willingness to develop a constructive and responsible dialogue to identify the best negotiation solutions that are able to best combine the objective complexity of the scenario and the relevant transformations in place with the needs of the people working in the bank: in such a prospect will be possible to reach a renewal of the National Collective Agreement which - as shared by all the Parties - will know how to confirm its centrality and be in step with the times to allow all the actors to positively face the profound changes underway.
