The relationship with customers is developing more and more also with a view to sustainability. In particular, on the opening day of the Abi #ilCliente conference, experts and operators in the sector will discuss: how to adapt the offer to the demand for products that can be classified as ESG (i.e. able to provide financial support to economic activities having a particularly positive impact on both environmental objectives - including those of contrasting and adapting to climate change - and social objectives); how to equip oneself in terms of organization and skills in view of the upcoming entry into force of rules aimed at supporting the customer with new types of information for a better understanding of the ESG characteristics of the various products and projects towards which to direct one's savings; how to promote the full development of sustainable finance in consideration of the obstacles - already reported by the European institutions - that must be removed.
