On Saturday evening, the Colleferro Carabinieri arrested a 53-year-old from Valmontone on serious suspicion of violence and resistance to a public official. The story arises from a 118 request for a 53-year-old from Valmontone who, in a confused state, was threatening suicide.

In a few minutes the soldiers arrived in Valmontone, at the home of the 53-year-old, and together with the health workers they accessed the home of the same man who initially showed himself to be cooperative and admitted to having drunk too much and taken drugs during the detection of the parameters vitals the man, suddenly and without motivation, flew into a rage, attacking the Carabinieri who resorted to using the taser provided to immobilize him.

For this reason, the 53-year-old was declared under arrest and transported as a precaution to the emergency room of the Colleferro hospital, after a few hours he was discharged and placed under house arrest, awaiting immediate proceedings.

On Monday morning, the 53-year-old appeared before the GUP of the Court of Velletri and was sentenced, following an abbreviated trial, to 4 months of imprisonment (suspended sentence) with the application of the precautionary measure of the obligation to report to the judicial police.
