The tools for negotiating the Superbonus and Sismabonus resources are fully operational: 3,5 million euros the value of the advertisements, 2.500 registered subjects and 1.500 requests for information and purchases

The SiBonus web platform (sibonus.infocamere.it) becomes fully operational and strengthens - thanks to the collaboration with the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts - the initiative with which InfoCamere - the company of Chambers of Commerce for innovation digital - allows SMEs and holders of tax credits to sell them to obtain immediate liquidity and, to interested parties, to acquire certain credits to be compensated or reimbursed for taxes through a safe, simple and reliable transaction.

Coinciding with this transition - sealed by the conclusion of the first contracts - InfoCamere and Accountants have signed an agreement to encourage a wider involvement of professionals in the procedures for the assignment and acquisition of receivables, in support of businesses and citizens.

After a first phase of collecting subscriptions and publishing offer announcements - started at the beginning of November last year - a few days ago the purchase functions were also made available to users - subject to testing in December and January - making the first trades possible. The objective of the InfoCamere initiative, launched on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce, is to encourage the circulation of liquidity in the market to stimulate and support the recovery of economic activities in a vital sector with a strong employment impact such as construction.

"The resources made available through the so-called Superbonus and all the other interventions in the construction sector for which the Relaunch decree provided for the transferability of credit, can give a significant boost to help an important piece of the economic system to resume the pace towards normality “Said the President of InfoCamere, Lorenzo Tagliavanti. “The data from the Business Register show that in 2020 the perimeter of companies in the construction sector has started to expand again and this is a sign that the stimuli activated by the legislation have hit the mark. With the SiBonus initiative we want to support and encourage these processes and, thanks to the active involvement of the world of professions closest to businesses - such as that of Chartered Accountants - we are confident that the results will not fail ”.

"Thanks to the collaboration we have with an important partner such as InfoCamere" added the president of the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, Massimo Miani, "Italian accountants are confirmed as important players in the supply chain of skills committed every day to the best possible use of the Superbonus and the Sismabonus. A centrality that derives from our proximity to the entrepreneurial fabric of our country. The success and diffusion of the SiBonus platform can clearly lead to great opportunities for the restart of a historically strategic sector of our economy. This is why we will be committed to the full implementation of the agreement signed with InfoCamere ”.

The two-year agreement signed between InfoCamere and CNDCEC provides for specific functions dedicated to accountants registered on the platform, in the role of professionals delegated to support assignors or assignees. To this end, InfoCamere will provide help-desk support for the benefit of registered professionals, who will be able to make use of a dedicated consultancy service for clarification and assistance on the functioning of the procedures. For its part, the National Council undertakes to favor the dissemination of the platform and its evolution, also by putting in place communications to professionals on the agreement and on any training activities promoted by InfoCamere.

The initiative envisages the support of the subsidiary Iconto srl as a payment institution for the management of financial flows and will be carried out in partnership with Sinloc SpA (a consulting and investment company which has ten banking foundations in its shareholding).

The tax credit is any credit that the taxpayer has against the state. It can be used to offset any debts towards the tax authorities, for the payment of taxes and, when admitted, reimbursement can be requested in the tax return. With the Relaunch Decree, the government has introduced an important innovation, allowing physical or legal entities the possibility of transferring the tax credit accrued to third parties following restructuring, energy requalification and seismic safety measures (the so-called Superbonus 110%, Ecobonus, Sismabonus, renovation bonus and facade bonus).

According to the data elaborated from the financial statements filed in 2019 with the Register of Companies, the Italian joint-stock companies aggregate a capacity for offsetting tax credits in excess of € 50 billion. An enormous potential economic lever which, if rapidly activated, can help boost household consumption and business turnover.
