The commitment of Anas (FS Italiane Group) continues as part of the scheduled maintenance on its network of roads and highways with a call for tenders, published today in the Official Journal, worth 80 million for new vertical signage works.

 "With the investments destined for scheduled maintenance - declared the CEO of Anas Massimo Simonini - we are working to improve all aspects of the road infrastructure: from the highly efficient protection barriers designed by Anas to the new pavements, from road signs to lighting of roads and tunnels to improve their visibility. The new 80 million euro tender for new vertical signage works aims to enhance the safety and driving comfort of travelers on our road network. Already in 2019 and 2020, we have contracted 57 interventions for an investment value of 52,5 million euros ".

The tender is divided into 16 lots, worth 5 million each, for the award of as many framework agreements with a four-year duration and spread across all the territorial structures of Anas: Sicily (lot 1); Sardinia (lot 2); Calabria (lot 3); Basilicata (lot 4); Puglia (lot 5); Campania (lot 6); Lazio (lot 7); Abruzzo and Molise (lot 8); Marche (lot 9); Umbria (lot 10); Tuscany (lot 11); Emilia-Romagna (lot 12); Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia (lot 13); Lombardy (lot 14); Liguria (lot 15); Piedmont and Valle D'Aosta (lot 16).

The four-year contracts will be activated through the Framework Agreement which guarantees the possibility of starting the works as quickly as possible in relation to the planning of road maintenance.

Interested companies must send the digital offers, accompanied by the required documentation, to the Anas Purchasing Portal https://acquisti.stradeanas.it, under penalty of exclusion, by 12.00 on 9 December 2020.
