The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Division of the Colleferro Company arrested a 39-year-old local man, subjected to house arrest, seriously suspected of the crime of escape.

The man should have stayed at home, under house arrest, but instead he went to drink an aperitif at the bar and annoyed the customers who had to report the behavior to 112.

A Carabinieri patrol from the Colleferro Radiomobile promptly arrived on site and arrested the 39-year-old for evading. The soldiers, who entered the premises to verify the report of the customers, recognized the 39-year-old who admitted having violated the precautionary measure, which is why he was first taken to the barracks and then, subsequently, to the security rooms of the Velletri station .

This morning, the 39-year-old appeared before the Judge of the Veliterno Court and was sentenced in an abbreviated manner to 6 months in prison, in addition to the payment of court costs, returning home to house arrest to serve the sentence of the previous conviction.
