In the tax bill, under review by the Budget Commission a new rule gives the right to insure all vehicles owned in the family, including motorcycles and scooters, with the lowest class of merit. As for the health service, an amendment to the tax decree has undermined the budget law as regards the ceiling on personnel spending which rises from 5 to 15% compared to the incremental share of the health fund.
