The obstructionism grind on the provision of autonomy of the regions has sent the Northern League governors on a rampage. The operation "swamp" dei grillini aims at a precise strategy, to pass the deadline date of 20 July without backlash, in order to organize early elections in September. The alternative after July 20, if the unproductive rhetoric of DI Maio and Salvini were to continue, could be a technical government such as that of Monti, Fornero & Co ..
The 5 Stars, on the provision of the Autonomy of the Regions, declare that "the problems are of a technical nature, we are not the ones who want to put us sideways".
Apparently the Legislative Department of Palazzo Chigi gave a negative opinion on the text presented by the Northern League Minister for Regional Affairs Erika Stefani.
The decree exposes the State to greater disbursements, because it reforms the system with which every year the State distributes funds to the Regions. Stefani, however, is ready to untie this knot by modifying the text.
Strange, they argue, those of the League that now draw the weapon of technical opinions: "The bureaucrats, the technicians, the accountants are getting in the way of not taking the political responsibility to tell us no".
Salvini's staff points out, in this regard, that there is already the "placet" of the Ministry of Economy on the financial stability of the reform, the approval dates back to 14 February last. Strange that the grillini wake up now.
The Attorney General of the Court of Auditors Alberto Avoli also expressed himself on the subject, during the presentation of the annual report on the State General Account: "Autonomy it can only make sense if it stands as a locomotive for all ordinary autonomies, while there would be very deleterious effects if autonomy brought growth only in some regions".
Words dropped from the sky that for Di Maio constitute a confirmation of the grilline strategy of putting the Lega the responsibility of exacerbating the rift between the North and South of the Country.
Di Maio then increases the dose: "There is unjustified chaos on Autonomy. It is right to do it, but it will be balanced.
Salvini, yesterday by telephone, tried to reassure his governors, of Veneto and Lombardy, Luca Zaia and Attilio Fontana, in addition to the PD president of Emilia Romagna Stefano Bonaccini.
The reactions of Northern League governors
Luca Zaia - Veneto: "Let's stop with these manfrine of the Country of series A and series B. The country is already so and not because of the autonomies, I say it to the grillini that probably have not even read the project".
Attilio Fontana - Lombardy: "If a part of the government is unwilling to go ahead with this reform, have the courage to say "I don't want it". Then, we will draw the consequences of the case".
For now the governors accuse only the 5S Movement, in the short term, probably, they will press the wait-and-see policy of Leader Matteo Salvini.
