The first event dates back to early December, following an anonymous phone call to 112 in which a person reported to the operator of the Colleferro Company's Operations Center about episodes of domestic violence committed by the man against his spouse. The investigations carried out discreetly by the Carabinieri, through consultation with social services, made it possible to acquire the necessary elements for the activation of the Red Code and to allow the woman to find the courage to report all episodes of violence suffered in the domestic environment. for several months.

In particular, it involves constant harassment and humiliation, in the presence of the children, sometimes resulting in physical attacks that were never reported and never reported for fear of not arousing the husband's anger. Given the seriousness and consistency of the evidence collected by the Carabinieri during the investigation, it was decided against the man the ban on approaching the offended person, respecting the distance of 500 metres, in addition to the ban on communication through any means with the victim.

Also in this case there was confirmation of the fundamental importance of reporting by the victims who suffer such crimes or by the people who are closest to them, so as to allow the Judicial Authority to intervene quickly to protect them.
