INPS has simplified the procedures for attaching the photo compliant with the issuance of the card and has created a dedicated SMS and e-mail service to facilitate the relationship between the Institute and the user.
The procedure required to attach the photo now allows the user to operate with ease. In fact, in addition to the guided path made available to the citizen to complete the application submission process, the service allows you to automatically crop the attached photo to comply with the required compliance requirements.
Thanks to the new artificial intelligence tools adopted, the system is able to automatically verify and process the attached photo making it immediately compatible with the technical standards required in order to improve the quality of the process.
The Institute has also prepared measures capable of monitoring the uncompleted attempts to submit the application by the user, and to advise, by sending an email / SMS, the best path in the new attempt to submit the application. .
INPS also sends an email to warn users in the event of:
- request not accepted following the automatic investigation;
- request not accepted following the investigation by the competent territorial office;
- printing and shipping of paper;
- non-printable paper due to non-compliance of the attached photo;
- impossible delivery (unknown address, transferred subject, subject not found, etc.).
Finally, we remind you that the application to obtain the disability card can be presented directly by the citizen or by making use, by proxy, of associations representing people with disabilities authorized by INPS to use the electronic channel (ANMIC, ENS, UIC, ANFFAS ).
