Chiara Giannini, a journalist threatened with death, but the Order of journalists and not only are silent

(by Massimiliano D'Elia) In a state of law where all citizens are protected without any distinction, what is happening to Clare Giannini, journalist and war correspondent for the newspaper it is in some ways disconcerting. The ordeal started when her colleague had her book published, "I am Matteo Salvini".  The story at the time was beaten by all the agencies, attracting the interest of the press, of most of the public opinion and especially of leftist politicians, because the publishing house "Altaforte”, Believed to be close to CasaPound, had overseen its publication.
Giannini recently dealt with the newspaper also the sad story of the young Ugo, killed by a carabiniere in the Neapolitan area, following a robbery. The articles in the printed paper on the topic were followed by videos by the colleague on her Facebook page. An immediate way to communicate and inform all its "followers" and, why not, a way to comment and encourage a discussion, a comparison "real-time”, On the controversial story that eventually saw two victims: a young boy killed and the drama of a young carabiniere who was probably forced to shoot, even if he didn't want to.

La Giannini after the first videos he has started receiving threats of all kinds up to the most infamous, "death". The colleague, who has already been subjected to a protective measure for some time, did not hesitate to interest the police and her lawyers to make the necessary complaints-complaints.
In the deafening silence of politicians and journalist colleagues, not even a message of solidarity, Giannini thought it appropriate to interest theJournalists Order, in the people of the president Charles Verna, of the vice-president Elizabeth Consci , National Federation of the Italian Press, in the person of the secretary Raffaele Lorusso to inform them of the facts and ask for an intervention, even if only of solidarity.

Overheard on the phone, she explained that at the moment no one answered her. "It happened to journalists who write for left-wing newspapers - He told us - open heaven. In Italy there are two weights and two measures. I have not seen anyone, not even politics, get indignant at what has been happening to me for months. Then they talk about changing Italy".

"The Journalist is subjected to a measure of protection, but the recent threats come from a difficult context, in which it is considered normal to explode several gunshots at the entrance of a barracks".
