Cingolani shows the way for the supply of critical raw materials

“Securing supplies of critical raw materials must be a priority for cooperation between European states”. This was stated by Roberto Cingolani, CEO of Leonardo, on the sidelines of the summit between France, Germany and Italy on critical raw materials

Roberto Cingolani, Chief Executive Officer of Leonardo, expresses his satisfaction with the European Commission's proposal on Critical Raw Materials Act, on the occasion of the summit between France, Germany and Italy on critical raw materials, held today in Berlin: “Anything that goes in the direction of identifying suitable solutions to guarantee supplies of critical raw materials, especially in those industrial areas vital to the European economy, must be vigorously supported, with a view to growing cooperation between the member states. We live in a period in which the speed of choices often does not coincide with the urgency of the decisions to be taken. It is therefore good that the more industrialized countries combine their needs to offer the European institutions an organic vision capable of giving support and further development to their respective economies".
