The government, through the State Attorney General, has already prepared the appeal to be presented to the TAR against the order of the Sicilian governor calling for the closure of the island's hotspots for sanitary reasons. Musumeci complains about the overnumber of migrants at the reception facilities and the conditions in which they are forced to live, amassed without any protection measures for CoVid-19. The government, Musumeci argues, has forgotten the migrants, leaving them to their fate and the contagion of the virus.
