The soldiers of the Colleferro Company carried out the arrest as part of the normal territorial control services and application and supervision of the restrictive measures ordered by the Judicial Authority. The man, a 48-year-old, was responsible for the crimes of family abuse and personal injury. 

More precisely, the Carabinieri tracked down the man near his residence and served him with an execution order for his imprisonment. The 48-year-old will have to serve a prison sentence of 2 years and 4 months, issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Velletri, following the conviction for family abuse and aggravated personal injury, committed in Colleferro between November 2019 and April 2020 against the 'ex wife.

These facts had already led, in June 2020, to the precautionary measure of the ban on approaching the offended person, ordered by the investigating judge of the Court of Velletri.

After being identified, the man was taken to Velletri prison to serve his sentence.
