This morning, around 05.00, the Carabinieri of the Colleferro Company intervened in via Aprilia, due to a dispute in the house where screams could be heard coming from. In the apartment there were a man and a woman living together and another girl. The two women came out shortly afterwards and were rescued by 118 personnel, in an altered state. The man locked himself in the house with two dogs and threatened suicide, armed with a knife. The Carabinieri of the Colleferro Company intervened on site. They immediately established a dialogue with the man, awaiting the arrival of the Carabinieri negotiator from the CC Frascati Group's Investigative Unit. 

In the meantime, the man threw some furnishings and pieces of furniture out the window. The firefighters of Colleferro and Montelanico also arrived on site. After about 4 and a half hours, convinced by the Carabinieri negotiator and also by his partner who in the meantime returned from the hospital, the man handed himself over after a liberating cry and was taken to the hospital for psychiatric tests.
