The action of the Carabinieri continues unabated Compagnia di Colleferro engaged in a systematic and widespread control activity of the territory aimed at guaranteeing safety and respect for the law, especially at weekends, both in the places of greatest aggregation, frequented by young people, and on the roads to also guarantee safe circulation.
The preventive activity was implemented with a significant number of patrols of the "112" emergency response unit of the Radiomobile Division and allowed reporting to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Velletri a 33-year-old and a 60-year-old, both from Valmontone, for driving under the influence of alcohol and to report to the prefectural authority an 18-year-old from Paliano and a 59-year-old from Colleferro for possession of narcotic substances for personal, non-therapeutic use.
The Carabinieri then issued fines under the Highway Code against undisciplined motorists. Specifically, two vehicles without compulsory insurance were seized and a total of 5 road users were fined. In total, 2 driving licenses were withdrawn, 20 points deducted, and administrative fines of around 1.000 euros were imposed.
The operation of the Carabinieri of Colleferro is part of a broader prevention activity organized by the Provincial Carabinieri Command of Rome aimed both at combating the illegality widespread throughout the province and to show citizens the visible presence of the State.
