La Public Assistance K9, voluntary association belonging to ANPAS (National Association of Public Assistance) present on the territory of Rome since 2005, it immediately started following the emergency COVID-19 with its volunteers for assistance to the population.
A service dedicated to lonely elderly people and the sick has been activated. It is possible to call the telephone number 327.253.2245 (or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org) and communicate to the operator the list of foodstuffs or medicines needed.
Orders received by 12 noon will be processed in the afternoon, orders received after 12 will be processed the next morning. The volunteers who deliver the orders will all be strictly in uniform and with PPE (gloves, mask and goggles).
The service is completely FREE!
The Association recently also launched an appeal: "We would like at this time so difficult to improve our assistance with a new ambulance, but we need everyone's help both with a small donation and with the sharing of the campaign.
