Free screening-day this morning at the “Nando Martellini” municipal sports facility for children and families in difficulty

Prevention first of all, to counter the spread of a pandemic that is hard to control where possible. And a pinch of more serenity, close to a Christmas certainly different from the others, but which for the little ones must still represent a moment of joy and carefree. Two elements that this morning, in the splendid scenery of the Baths of Caracalla, integrated perfectly allowing over 500 children and parents, coming from families with socio-economic difficulties selected by the organizers, to participate in the initiative "A test for a smile ".

A real free screening day with Covid "quick swabs", in full compliance with the safety protocols provided, with the aim of supporting the public health effort by making available to those present the opportunity to experience this period with greater safety and tranquility . A beautiful solidarity event, held at the "Nando Martellini" Stadium, promoted by Medica Group in collaboration with the Department of Sport of the Municipality of Rome, FIDAL (Italian Federation of Athletics), "Geronimo Stilton Foundation", SGM Italy, FIMG (Italian Federation of Family Doctors) and ASP Asilo Savoia (Public Company of Personal Services).

Even the State Police did not miss its help, with its doctors and nurses, an ambulance and many surprises for the little ones. Also present at the event was an information point of the Donatorinati Association, an association of voluntary donors of the State Police.
