The Department of Prison Administration has suspended the effectiveness of the provisions contained in the note of 21 March with which, in the midst of a health emergency, the directors of the institutions had been asked to report to the judicial authority, "for any relevant decisions ”, The clinical situation of prisoners suffering from particular pathologies and over 70 years of age.
The suspension measure, signed yesterday by the leaders of the DAP Bernardo Petralia and Roberto Tartaglia and sent to the regional Providers, is based on the changed current socio-health framework.
