Among the words that marked 2020, the term digitization appears in the list of actions taken in the public and private sectors, as a response to the pandemic. In the space of a few months, the pool of users of new technologies has grown rapidly. From smart working, to the electronic payment system, through telemedicine, to teaching and remote justice. “Digitization, riding on the wave of emergency, brings with it many questions, primarily that linked to training. In recent months, the existing gaps have been highlighted by the Covid19 emergency. " Thus Mauro Nicastri, opening the work of the Aidr shareholders' meeting. “Following the spirit that has characterized our association for years, we are all called to an even more incisive and widespread commitment in the promotion of digital culture - continued the president of the association. In this direction, in 2021 Aidr will put its skills and professionalism at the service of citizens, businesses and institutions, with three new initiatives.

Recovery Fund Working Group: the team of experts, chosen from within the Aidr association and trained by professionals from the public and private sectors, will offer skills and knowledge for all those who want to access the contribution foreseen by the planning approved by the Government. Concrete support for companies that want to focus on the digitization process, in an important moment for the economic recovery of our country.

Book Digital Literacy: intended for a wide and transversal public, it will aim to accompany users in the path of knowledge and use of digital systems with a simple and clear language. The members of the association will explain step by step with small videos, hosted on the Aidr platform, how to use: electronic payments, Pago Pa, Spid, Carta Giovani and much more.

Digital Italy, a web format hosted on the Aidr platform. A virtual square where the major issues related to digitization will be discussed, with a concrete approach to solving problems, in the spirit of a constructive confrontation between the parties. Digitale Italia, wants to be a meeting point for those who want to undertake the path of digitization, but need a comparison, those who want to grow, those who want to share their experience.

“We are really enthusiastic about the new Aidr projects, said Aidr's president Mauro Nicastri during the shareholders' meeting. The huge participation also emerged from this evening's meeting, albeit from a distance. I want to thank all the members for the spirit of service with which, even in these difficult months, they have carried out the initiatives of the association. The three projects of 2021 are indicative of how strong the desire to promote digital culture in our country is in each of us, because we believe that the knowledge and correct use of the new systems linked to the web can represent an opportunity for growth, not only economic, but also cultural, of our society.
