EATALY opens in Toronto at the Manulife center

With the opening in Canada, Eataly is present in 15 countries in the world with 41 sales points

Eataly has opened its doors on Bay and Bloor Street, an iconic shopping destination in the Canadian capital Toronto.

Confirmed the guiding pillars around which the Eataly experience is based: Buy, Eat and Learn, Eataly Toronto is dedicated to multiculturalism as the city is renowned for welcoming more than 250 cultural identities.

With Eataly Toronto new Italian brands arrive in the Canadian capital 100 which for the first time will offer the opportunity to taste the flavors of the 20 Italian regions telling the extreme variety of our gastronomic culture. In the market over 10.000 high quality Italian products including handmade fresh pasta, salami and cheese, fish, meat and a bakery with wood oven for pizza alla pala, focaccia and bakery products of the Italian tradition. There is also a wide selection of pasta, sauces, condiments, extra virgin olive oil and typical sweets. The offer is completed by the excellence of 50 high quality Canadian producers. All accompanied, in perfect Eataly style, by the narration of the unique stories of good food producers and artisans.

The opening of the first Canadian Eataly takes place in partnership with Selfridges Group, based in Toronto, through Wittington Investments. The 5.000 mq of Eataly Toronto are developed within the recently renovated Manulife Center, located in the historic area of ​​Yorkville, one of the most dynamic neighborhoods of the city that boasts a varied mix of shops, residences, offices, hotels and cultural institutions. Eataly Toronto will be open every day from 7 to 23.

Eataly Toronto has four seating restaurants, each with their own gastronomic identity: La Pizza & La Pasta, La Pescheria, La Piazza (where Italian Street Food is located) and Trattoria Milano, a regionally inspired restaurant that will open in 2020.

Production, purchase and consumption of excellent craft beer, in partnership with the small pioneering Indie Ale House brewery.
