After the closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the restaurants of Eataly Roma Ostiense, Eataly Milano Smeraldo, Eataly Trieste, Eataly Genova, Eataly Bologna and Eataly Bari reopen on Wednesday 20 May; Saturday 23 May is the turn of Eataly Torino Lingotto and Lagrange, Eataly Pinerolo, Eataly Piacenza and Eataly Firenze, while Monday 25 May Eataly Monticello d'Alba and Eataly Forlì reopen.
In all Eataly restaurants it is possible to have lunch or dinner safely enjoying the experience and return to gratify yourself with the pleasure of eating out thanks to an important job done on staff training, restaurant spaces and food and wine offerings. The land, the small Italian producers and their excellences supply the raw materials of great dishes and novelties.
The dish chosen as a symbol of the restart of the Eataly restaurant is a popular recipe ennobled with 100% Italian and high quality Italian ingredients: the carBIOnara, made with the half pacchero pasta of Gragnano PGI Afeltra, the eggs of Claudio Olivero, the bacon Granda and pecorino romano DOP Cibaria. It can be enjoyed in all Eataly restaurants accompanied by other specialties and numerous new products. To reestablish that empathetic gesture of the smile, barred from sight for many months, the dining room staff presents themselves with personalized masks.

The new formula allows to book a table in all Eataly restaurants (telephone numbers are available on the website www.eataly.it). Digital services have also been enhanced through the possibility of queuing up before arriving at the restaurant with the Ufirst app, or by asking the reception to be included in the virtual queue. To pay from the table with your smartphone you can use the Eataly Pay app with payment cards or with Eataly Card and have free coffee. The spacing measures, fewer tables in the dining room and the support of the service staff help manage the flows while respecting the interpersonal distance.
The medical staff from all over Italy and the volunteers of the associations who offered their help during the Covid-19 emergency are entitled to a 10% discount in all restaurants throughout the summer.
