Eni: lists of institutional investors filed for the renewal of corporate bodies

Eni, with a press release, informed that lists for the renewal of Eni's corporate bodies have been filed by a group of shareholders made up of asset management companies and other investors (These are: Aberdeen Standard Investments; Allianz Motori Italia; Allianz Global Investors Fund; Amundi Asset Management SGR SpA; Anima SGR SpA; Arca Fondi SGR SpA; BancoPosta Fondi SpA; Epsilon SGR SpA; Eurizon Investment SICAV; Eurizon Capital SA; Eurizon Capital SGR SpA; Fidelity Funds - SICAV; Fideuram Asset Management Ireland ; Fideuram Investimenti SGR SpA Interfund Sicav - Interfund Equity Italy; Generali Insurance Asset Management SpA; Generali Investments Luxembourg SA; Generali Investments Partners SpA; Kairos Partners SGR SpA; Legal & General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited; Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGR SpA; Mediolanum International Funds Limited; Pramerica Sicav), owners overall of approximately 1,34% of the capital of Eni SpA, in view of the renewal of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting called on 13 May 2020, in single call.

All candidates have certified that they meet the independence requirements set out in current legislation, the articles of association and the Corporate Governance Code for listed companies.

The candidate Rosalba Casiraghi, indicated first in the Section of the list relating to Standing Auditors, is proposed as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, in accordance with the law.

The lists, together with the relative accompanying documentation, will be made available to the public at the company's headquarters in Rome, Piazzale Enrico Mattei, 1, in the appropriate section of the Company's website (www.eni.com, Governance / Shareholders' Meeting section of Shareholders 2020), at Borsa Italiana and on the centralized storage mechanism authorized by Consob called "1Info", which can be consulted at www.1info.it, in accordance with the law. The documentation may be consulted at the registered office only if permitted by the pro-tempore regulatory provisions in force.
