Eni gas and light meets the Consumer Associations

Alberto Chiarini, CEO of Eni gas and light, met today in Rome with the Presidents, Secretaries and National Energy Managers of Consumer Associations of the National Consumer and User Council (CNCU).

During the meeting, the CEO of Eni gas and light presented the results of the 2018 and illustrated the main objectives and strategic lines that will define the choices of the Company in the coming years.

Eni gas and light wants to be a reliable point of reference for the customer-consumer and a partner capable of satisfying his needs simply and effectively, thanks also to the use of technological innovations. Consistent with this approach, the Company has recently relaunched SceltaSicura, the light offer that provides for a discount of 20% on the price of electricity set by the competent Authority.

In addition, Eni gas e luce is developing, in partnership with recognized market leaders, an integrated and technologically innovative offer of services that include smart home solutions, insurance policies and tools to improve energy consumption efficiency. In particular, CappottoMio is the innovative proposal of the Company for the energy requalification of condominium buildings that allows to benefit from the ecobonus and to sell the tax credit, supporting only about 30% of the initial investment cost.

Today's meeting confirms the desire of Eni gas and light to maintain an open and constructive dialogue with the Consumer Associations, a key element to realize its vision of customer centrality. For this reason, during the 2019 the Company will continue to offer the Associations dedicated services such as the Filo Giallo telephone channel, the online channel for Complaints, the Joint Observatory on unsolicited activations and the Joint Conciliation, an important tool to resolve disputes in a simple, free and fast way, without resorting to court proceedings.
