Eni purchased in the period between 10 and 14 June 2019 n. 930.863 own shares, at the weighted average price of 13,946109 euro per share, for a total value of 12.981.917,18 euro in the context of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by Eni's 14 May 2019 Shareholders' Meeting, already subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of the Consob Regulation 11971 / 1999.
