In the period between August 19 and August 23, Eni purchased n. 2019 own shares, at the weighted average price of 1.336.369 euro per share, for a total value of 13,288003 euro in the context of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by Eni's 17.757.675,31 May 14 Shareholders' Meeting, already subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 2019-bis of the Consob Regulation 144 / 11971.
