Eni purchased in the period between 13 and 17 June 2022 n. 3.409.602 treasury shares, at the weighted average price of 12,9077 euros per share, for a total value of 44.010.196,39 euros as part of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by Eni's Shareholders' Meeting on 11 May 2022, already subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.

Since the start of the program, Eni has purchased n. 9.632.002 treasury shares (equal to 0,27% of the share capital) for a total value of 132.191.499 euros. Following the purchases made up to June 17, 2022, considering the treasury shares already in the portfolio and the cancellation of 34.106.871 treasury shares approved by Eni's Shareholders' Meeting of May 11, 2022, Eni holds no. 41.363.304 treasury shares equal to 1,16% of the share capital.
