Eni joins the Startup Europe Partnership (SEP) platform and with Mind the Bridge starts the international startup selection

With the participation in the Milan Scaleup Summit of 11 and 12 March in the Italian Stock Exchange, Eni aims to identify the best European open innovation startups to develop joint projects in the areas of decarbonisation, circular economy and occupational safety

Eni has joined the pan-European platform of open innovation Startup Europe Partnership (SEP), led by the international advisory firm Mind the Bridge. Launched in the 2014 at the World Economic Forum in Davos, SEP aims to facilitate the synergies between the best European innovative startups through the meeting with large companies and the main international stock exchanges.

The first appointment for Eni will be the Scaleup Summit in Milan, which will be held in Milan on 11 and 12 in March at the Borsa Italiana headquarters in Palazzo Mezzanotte. This meeting will be followed by the London Stock Exchange summits (June), Stuttgart (October), Madrid (December).

Within the SEP program, Eni aims to identify innovative digital solutions that can contribute to achieving decarbonisation objectives, to disseminate circular economy models and eco-sustainable behaviors, as well as to further improve the security of installations and workplaces.

The initiative is part of Eni's strategy of accelerating its digital transformation process through collaboration with the best Italian and international start-ups, and contributing to the development of a virtuous network of potential leading companies in technological innovation in sectors considered strategic.
