Eni launches the challenge "Digital HR: Innovating to grow" The people at the center of the call for startups in collaboration with Cariplo Factory

Interested startups have until 21 December 2019 to participate.

Involving Eni people in a path of knowledge and growth, nurturing the quality of relationships between people and between people and the company, identifying innovative tools for their management and continuous training. These are the main elements on which Eni has decided to launch the “Digital HR: Innovate to grow” call for startup, in collaboration with Cariplo Factory, the innovation hub that from 2016 accompanies the growth of Italian talent, innovators and startups to high potential. The objective of this call is to select innovative ideas on three areas of interest to Eni, which concern the process of engagement and feedback, digital solutions for relationship management and the field of continuous training. Always a pioneer in the field of innovation, Eni has decided to be among the first companies to launch an open innovation project in the field of human resources.

The three areas of interest of the project:

1 ENGAGE YOURSELF, GIVE AND RECEIVE FEEDBACK

Digital solutions refer to this area to innovate the engagement and feedback process in a continuous process perspective. These solutions will support assessments and decisions in the HR field thanks to the measurement and analysis of the quality of internal relations, the organizational network and professional life, and the collection and analysis of feedback on behavior and performance.

2 LET THE OTHERS KNOW MORE ABOUT YOU

In this context, digital solutions referring to the improvement of relations between person and company and person / person refer to the collection and more effective analysis and representation of information relating to professional and non-professional experiences and skills, motivations and areas of educational and work interest. The aim is to improve the relationship with other colleagues and with the company, also for the promotion of professional and personal development paths.

3 LEARNING and TRAINING

Here we are in the field of digital solutions in the field of continuous training, aimed at optimizing and innovating the traditional processes of corporate learning and training (eg solutions related to “learning in the flow of work”, micro-learning solutions for the 'continuous learning to support upskilling and reskilling of people, learning platforms and digital solutions that exploit innovative technologies, such as VR and AR, AI, Chatbot, voice / image recognition).

To take part in the call, "Digital HR: Innovate to grow", startups have until 21 December 2019 and have to apply online to the enicallforstartuphrdigital site. After the preliminary screening phase, the startups will be involved in a Selection Day that will take place in Milan, in Cariplo Factory, on 3 March 2020. During this event Eni will have the opportunity to evaluate the solutions best suited to its needs and will reserve the possibility of activating a joint collaboration path.

The “Digital HR: Innovate to grow” initiative follows the Eni Call For Growth launched, again in collaboration with Cariplo Factory, in October 2018 in the field of digital transformation that led three Italian startups to start pilot projects with Eni.
