Eni. Human Knowledge program in Open Joule mode

The entrepreneurial journey of the participants in the Human Knowledge program in Open mode by Joule, Eni's School for Business, continues

There are already over 4.000 subscribers to Joule Open, the online entrepreneurial training course of the Eni School for Business, launched three weeks ago.

The participants (called Joulee) are the main resource of the program as they contribute their experiences and skills to building a community of value for mutual learning.

At a particularly complex time for the country, Eni is supporting the creation of new sustainable businesses through a method - that of distance learning, with enrollments that remain open to all - that knows no obstacles even in the midst of the pandemic crisis.

The progressive expansion of the community will allow the Joulees privileged access to an open entrepreneurial network on the themes of the circular economy, decarbonisation and the fight against climate change but also to the skills and know-how of Eni, which is committed to building new supply chains for energy transition.

The Joulees find themselves immersed in an unconventional training path that accompanies them in their entrepreneurial development. Through innovative contents and approaches they are guided in functional learning for the generation of innovative companies capable of reducing the carbon footprint and favoring the transition from a linear to a circular business model.

Those who have already signed up are starting to meet Anna and Pietro, the two young entrepreneurs protagonists of "The Rising Star Hotel", the interactive web-series in 12 episodes that guides the learning path through a format on the border between training and entertainment.

The Open mode program offers the opportunity to get in touch with excellent trainers who make their know-how available and to interact with entrepreneurs who will share their experiences, failures and successes with the participants.

Online events will also be launched shortly, which will bring Joulees together with startuppers, with experts from the Eni world for in-depth information on circular economy and sustainability issues and the partners of Energizer, the Joule ecosystem accelerator.

The high number of subscribers to the program, launched on October 29th, represents an opportunity for the Joulees to discuss within an enlarged community, in which, thanks to the interactions on the platform, it will be possible to share stories, experiences and contributions.

The community, a fundamental aspect and added value of the Human Knowledge program, is expanding also thanks to the involvement of startuppers, business schools and universities with which Joule has organized workshops and webinars to create synergies and new collaboration opportunities.
