The six-legged dog Top Partner of the Azzurri up to 2022
Eni's path continues alongside the Italian Football Federation. The six-legged dog is Top Partner of all the 19 national teams of the FIGC (Italian Football Federation) until the end of the 2022.
The renewal was announced today on the occasion of the first stage of the interregional phase of the Rete Rete! Tournament, held in Gela (CL), on the pitch of the Enrico Mattei Federal Territorial Center.
With the agreement, Eni also renews its support for growth and inclusion projects carried out by the Youth and School Sector of the Football Federation, in particular the Project of the Territorial Federal Centers, football education and training centers for children and adolescents, and the Network Project !, an initiative that aims to promote, through football, the processes of social and intercultural inclusion of young people welcomed in the SPRAR / SIPROIMI Projects - reception and protection system for unaccompanied foreign minors.
The four-year agreement will accompany the Azzurri and the Italians in the upcoming international events: the Qualifications at the 2020 European Championships, whose final phase will be traveling in 12 European cities, including Rome, and those for the 2022 World Championships in Qatar, which will be played for the first time in the winter period; the final stages of the Under 21 European Championship, hosted in Italy in June 2019, and of the Women's World Championship that will be played in France in the same period.
